General Eligibility
- Establishments and enterprise exporters must be located in Karnataka.
- Mandatory registration with UDYAM.
- Consecutive Winners Rule: Entrepreneurs who have received this award for the last 3 consecutive years are ineligible this year to allow new opportunities.
- Membership Restriction: Directors/MDs/Proprietors who are members of the FKCCI Managing Committee (2025-2026) are not eligible to apply.

Award Category Criteria
Star Exporter
FOB value of exports must be above ₹500 Crores or the highest turnover achieved.
Best District Exporter
No minimum turnover requirement; based on highest turnover per district.
Debut & Startup
Special category for new entrants; no minimum export turnover required.
Application Process & Compliance
- One Award Limit: An exporter is eligible for only one award. The selection committee’s decision on category placement is final.
- Documentation: Submit the application format to FKCCI with a separate testimonial duly attested by a Chartered Accountant.
- Special Awards: Granted to top export facilitation organizations/financial institutions in Karnataka based on FKCCI criteria.
- Final Authority: Decisions made by the Selection Committee (comprising trade experts) are final and binding.
